In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the pineapple juice, sugar, vanilla and butter. Mix well.
Add 3 c flour and stir until well combined.
Add yeast, mix well.
Add 3 cups flour and mix well. Be certain all flour is well incorporated. The dough should be tacky to the touch, but not overly sticky.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Remove dough from bowl and knead an additional 1/2 cup flour into dough.
Form the dough into rolls or loaf and place in buttered pans. Cover and all allow to rise until double in size. Rolls will take about an hour. Loaves will take about 90 minutes.
Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Bush tops with melted butter. Serve warm.
